Blossoms On The Trees

Joseph James Arthur Brown
Often wished,
That he was more adventurous
Rather than sit in an office,
Owned by someone else.

The job suited his needs and paid
Mortgage and household bills
So, why should he change?
From being a ledger clerk.

Outside his office window the sun
Shone bright,
Over the grey slate roof tops.
One day he would to take
Flight?

Rising up the management ladder
For now, he would sit?
With his feet firmly on the ground,
Studying those accounts.
